Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk, steamed
  • 2 fl oz espresso
  • 1 tbsp 100% maple syrup
  • 1/16 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Steam soy milk.
  2. Add espresso, syrup and spices to steamed milk.

You may wish to adjust the amount to syrup, depending on how sweet you like your coffee.
