Cranberry Oat Crunch Balls

Ingredients

  • 5 medjool dates
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Nutty Nuggets cereal (Grape Nuts)
  • 1/4 cup 50% less sugar Craisins
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Add dates, water, peanut butter and vanilla to a small food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl medium-sized bowl.

  3. Scoop the date-peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.

  4. Form into balls and store in a container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
