A bean-based blondie that's healthy enough to enjoy frequently and sweet enough to trick a toddler into loving them.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place all ingredients except mini chocolate chips into a food processor. Process until smooth.
Scoop thick batter into a parchment-lined, 8x8 baking pan. Use a lightly-greased spatula to spread and pat batter into pan.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
