Cannellini Bean Dip

Great dip for vegetables, crackers, etc. Also works well as a spread for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
